How to add users to an account

In this article, we’ll explain how to invite a teammate and select their account role.

Invite teammates to access your organization’s Double dashboard.

Inviting a teammate

  1. Open the profile menu and choose the gear icon beside your organization’s name.

  2. Go to Teammates and choose Invite new user.

  3. Enter their name and email address, choose Member or Admin, and send the invitation.

Your teammate receives an email with a link to set up their password.

If they cannot find the invitation or access the organization, contact Double support with their email address and your organization’s name.
