Email notifications are managed in your user settings. You can choose donation alerts and summary emails separately.
Opening your notification settings
In the Double dashboard, click the user icon in the top right corner.
Under your name, click Edit.
Find the Email notifications section.
Select the emails you want to receive and turn off the ones you do not want.
Save your changes.
Available email options
The settings include five notification types:
Successful donations
Failed donations
Daily summary
Weekly summary
Monthly summary
For example, you can turn off individual successful donation alerts while leaving summary emails enabled. Review all five options if you want to stop receiving both individual alerts and summaries.
Team notifications and supporter emails
These settings control the notifications selected for your user account. They are separate from the thank-you email configured in a campaign’s Emails tab and the receipt settings for an entity.
