An overview of campaign settings sections

In this article, we’ll explain where to find each campaign setting and what it controls.

After creating a campaign, use its settings to configure the donation checkout, campaign page, fundraisers, emails, and website installation. This guide shows where each part is managed.

Opening a campaign

Go to Campaigns in your Double dashboard and select the campaign. If you need to create one first, see How to create a new campaign.

The top of the campaign provides separate links for its Checkout and Page. Use the link for the experience you want to review or share.

Checkout settings

The Checkout tab groups the donation form settings into sections:

The Installation tab provides the campaign URL, custom button code, and embed snippets for a donation form, progress bar, campaign card, and donation feed.

Default campaign and campaign actions

The overlay donate button, checkout nudges, and abandoned donation recovery are managed in the default campaign.
