A supporter profile brings together a person’s donations and peer-to-peer fundraising, so you can see their relationship with your organization in one place.
Finding a supporter
Open Supporters in your dashboard and search for the person. Their profile includes contact details, donation history, recurring plans, and fundraisers.
You can also export supporter data from the list.
Adding a supporter
In Supporters, choose New and enter the person’s first name, last name, and email. Add a phone number or address if needed, then save.
Use an existing profile when the person already supports your organization. The same profile can be used for both donations and fundraising.
Giving supporters access to their history
Supporters sign in to the supporter portal using the email associated with their donations. There they can view their activity and use the donation-management options your organization has enabled.
