If you process recurring donations through Grow, a one-time webhook setup is required to ensure that every recurring payment is automatically reported to Double.
Why is this required?
When a recurring donation is created - for example, ₪180 per month for 12 months - Grow sends Double the recurring plan details and the first payment.
By default, however, Grow does not notify Double when the second, third, and subsequent payments are processed. The webhook allows Grow to send Double an update after each recurring charge, ensuring that every payment is recorded correctly in Double.
This setup does not affect how Grow charges donors. It only enables Grow to send the recurring transaction updates to Double.
How to set up the webhook
Log in to your Grow account.
From the sidebar, go to Settings (

Click Create New Webhook (

The Webhook key is generated automatically by Grow and does not require any action.
Once you’ve entered these settings, click Create Webhook (יצירת וובהוק).
That’s it. Once the webhook is active, Grow will automatically notify Double whenever a recurring payment is processed. You only need to complete this setup once for your Grow account.
