To connect your Sola account to Double, you’ll need to create two keys:
An API (Transaction Key)
An iFields (Token Key)
Once you share both keys with us, the Double team will complete the connection for you.
Important: Sola displays each key only once. Be sure to copy and save it before closing the window. If you lose it, you’ll need to create a new key.
1. Open Key Management
Log in to your Sola dashboard and go to:
Settings → Gateway Settings → Key Management
Click Create a Key.
2. Create the API Transaction Key
Configure the key as follows:
Type: API (Transaction Key)
Description: Software
Key Permissions: Admin Role
Leave the remaining settings unchanged.
Click Create and View, then immediately copy and securely save the key.
3. Create the iFields Token Key
Return to Key Management and click Create a Key again.
Configure the second key as follows:
Type: iFields (Token Key)
Description: Double
Click Create and View, then immediately copy and securely save the key.
4. Share both keys with Double
Send both values to your Double contact using the secure method provided by our team. Please label them clearly:
API (Transaction Key)
iFields (Token Key)
Once we receive both keys, we’ll complete the Sola connection on our end.
