The Content section controls the text supporters see in your campaign checkout. You can update the main descriptions, choose a call-to-action term, and edit the thank-you message.
Opening the Content settings
Go to Campaigns and open the campaign.
On the Checkout tab, open Content.
Edit the relevant fields and click Save.
Editing the headline and descriptions
Use Headline for the main message. Add supporting details in Primary description and Secondary description. Each description allows up to 500 characters.
Keep the headline focused on what the supporter can help achieve, and use the descriptions to explain the purpose of the campaign.
Choosing a call-to-action term
The available terms are Donate, Support, Contribute, and Purchase. The selected term is reflected in checkout wording.
Configuring call-to-action nudges
In the default campaign, look for Call-to-action Nudges. Turn the feature on and enter a title and description for each message.
Nudges appear at these times:
First nudge: 10 seconds after a visitor enters the website.
Second nudge: 60 seconds after the first nudge is ignored or the checkout is closed.
Third nudge: 60 seconds after the second nudge is ignored or the checkout is closed a second time.
Use the messages to introduce the campaign and explain why support matters. If the nudge controls do not appear in the campaign you opened, check your default campaign.
Editing the thank-you message
The Thank you message appears on the thank-you tab and in confirmation emails. It can contain up to 100 characters.
The message is separate from the full email editor in the campaign’s Emails tab. Use that tab when you want to customize the email subject and body.
Checking your changes
After saving, open the campaign’s Checkout link to review the headline, descriptions, and call-to-action wording. Review website nudges on a page where Double is installed.
