Recovery emails remind supporters to complete unfinished donations. Enable abandoned donation recovery to use these emails for your organization.
Enabling or disabling recovery
Go to Campaigns and open your default campaign.
On the Checkout tab, open Abandoned donation recovery.
Use the switch to turn the feature on or off.
Click Save.
If the recovery section does not appear in another campaign, check the default campaign.
Viewing recovered revenue
On Dashboard, open Unlocked revenue → Recoveries to see revenue recovered through abandoned donation emails.
Check the dashboard’s selected period and filters when reviewing this number.
