The Zapier integration is managed from the Integrations section of your Double settings.

Open Settings in your Double dashboard.

Find Zapier and review its connection status.

1. Open Settings in your Double dashboard.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Find Zapier and review its connection status.

Click Show Key on the Zapier integration to copy the connection key for your Zapier setup.

If a donation has not reached a Zapier workflow, first find the donation in Transactions. Review the Zapier delivery log where available and note the delivery status.

Also review the related workflow in Zapier. If you need help, include the donation, workflow, and any displayed delivery error when contacting Double support.
